One fact about working as a Professional it is requires individuals to be sharp and have capacity in the mind, to solve new problems, to focus, to keep things simple, to adapt to changing priorities, to name a few.

Another fact is that family-life and work-life has blended more than ever, creating challenges related to stress and engagement, particularly for parents.

Many companies help parents manage stress by offering flextime, or personal days, which is helpful but is a temporary fix to the problem, as it doesn’t help reduce the mental burden. In other words, we need to think about work-life balance in a new way.

Learn about a model of 5-intelligences, which serves to link your child and their development, human interactions at work, and between you and yourself, allowing all three to be strengthened. We’ll learn how these are linked and strengthening one strengthens the others.
